TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
๐Once booking is confirmed and finalized, the tour package, all land arrangement bookings and the deposit are non-refundable. However, in the event of natural calamities and force majeure or government-mandated cancellations, clients may be entitled to rebooking, subject to the supplier's (eg. hotel) and airline's terms and conditions.
๐In case of visa denial, the deposit is forfeited. A name change is permitted for a passenger with valid visa if the ticket has not yet been issued.
