TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY:
For the Japan Group e-Visa (Package Tour), the following people are generally NOT eligible:
❌ Filipinos living abroad (e.g., OFWs residing in another country). The program is intended for Philippine nationals who reside in the Philippines.  
❌ Travelers not joining a package tour organized by a designated travel agency accredited by the Japanese Embassy. DIY travelers are not covered.  
❌ Those traveling for work, study, training, residence, or business purposes. The Group e-Visa is for short-term tourism only.  
❌ Applicants with serious immigration issues, such as:
* Previous deportation from Japan
* Overstaying in Japan
* Fraudulent or falsified documents
* Certain criminal or immigration violations
The Embassy may deny these applications after review.
Who is usually eligible?
✅ Philippine passport holder
✅ Residing in the Philippines
✅ Joining a designated package tour
✅ Ordinary passport holder
✅ Traveling for tourism only
✅ Stay of up to 15 days under the Group e-Visa program  
One important point for your clients: the Group e-Visa is not automatically denied just because someone is unemployed, a housewife, retired, or a first-time traveler. As long as they meet the program requirements and pass Embassy assessment, they may still qualify. The Embassy retains the final decision.
